Dressed as a "gangster" leprechaun, Dov Siporin walks around the infusion room and passes out candy to other patients during his biweekly chemotherapy treatment at the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City. "One of the most beautiful sounds in the world is laughter in the infusion room. It's a moment of beauty in the midst of pain," explains Siporin.
