Rick Egan
Photographer
Rick Egan has been a staff photographer at the Salt Lake Tribune for 21 years.
When he was in 7th grade, he used money from his paper route, he and a friend constructed a darkroom in his basement. He furthered his education in photography taking Max P. Mitchell's photography class at Dixon Junior High school in Provo, Utah. He attended BYU where he worked on the Daily Universe Newspaper Staff. After graduation, he did an internship, then worked at the Price Sun Advocate for a year before joining the Salt Lake Tribune. |
