Nursing Homes in Utah

As part of an investigative series on nursing homes, The Salt Lake Tribune offers access to its database of information on every home in the state, including facility profiles, compliance histories and digital copies of every inspection report where a resident was harmed from 2000 to 2007. Past peformance is not the sole indicator of a nursing home's status, as ownership and management can change. Information in the database should be used in conjunction with other available information.
