Synopsis: While declining to make any of its drug-testing records public, BYU, a private institution, issued a statement saying it "takes a proactive approach in prohibiting and deterring the use of drugs and performance enhancing substances listed by the NCAA." BYU also noted that it conducted tests of its athletes in addition to routine drug testing performed by the NCAA.
