Colorado State
Synopsis: Colorado State appears to rely primarily on NCAA drug testing of its student-athletes, in light of a 1993 Colorado State Surpreme Court ruling that made mandatory drug testing of college and university student -athletes unconstitutional in that state. There has been only one positive NCAA test at CSU since January 2004, CSU officials said.
