Kentucky
Synopsis: Officials at the University of Kentucky provided numbers of student-athletes tested and positive tests, data on resulting punishments, a copy of its drug and alcohol testing policy, program budgets and expenditures, as well as a copy of the contract with its drug test vendor. The school is one of several running largest and nationally prominent collegiate sports programs in the country, but without systematic testing for performance enhancing drugs.
