Iowa
Synopsis: Iowa provided its drug-testing policy, budgets, testing schedules and a copy of its contract with its drug test supplier, Quest Diagnostics. The university declined to provide exact numbers, years or the sports affected for positive test. Iowa was one of only five schools that reported catching an athlete using steroids in the past three years.
